Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within South Africa only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Rates A flat delivery fee of R89 applies to every order, anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery times Orders are delivered within 8 to 11 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery to outlying and rural areas may take slightly longer.

Order processing Orders are processed in the order they are received. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery addresses Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available to receive it or the address was wrong, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Delays Occasionally deliveries are delayed by courier backlogs, load shedding, weather or events beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if your order is affected.

Lost or damaged parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived within 11 business days, or arrives damaged, email onlypawz4u@gmail.com with your order number and we'll trace it with the courier and make it right.
