Returns and Refunds

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the product must be unused, unworn outdoors, and returned in its original condition and packaging with all tags and accessories included. Items showing signs of wear, dirt, hair or damage cannot be accepted.

To start a return, email onlypawz4u@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the return address before you send anything back.

Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect sizing is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original delivery charges are not refunded.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
